Although reports from London herald the news that Betsy Bloomingdale, the social star of Beverly Hills, and Blaine and Robert Trump of New York have been invited to the wedding of the Prince of Wales and Camilla Parker Bowles, the truth is they haven’t. That doesn’t mean the Prince and Camilla aren’t frightfully fond of Betsy and the Trumps, but the actual wedding is simply a small family affair and will only last for 20 minutes.

The Prince and his bride-to-be will arrive at the April 8 nuptials in a 1962 Rolls Royce Phantom V, which belonged to Charles’ grandmother, Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. The Prince’s older son, Prince William, and Camilla’s son, Tom Parker Bowles, will serve as witnesses at the ceremony, which will take place in the Ascot Room at the Guildhall in Windsor. Prince Harry; Prince Andrew; Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex, and Anne, the Princess Royal and her husband, Timothy Laurence, as well as Camilla’s father, Major Bruce Shand, and her daughter, Laura Parker Bowles, will be among the 30 guests. The reception afterward will be a different affair altogether, where 700 people will feast on Charles’ favorite cake, made by a 74-year-old Scottish granny. Guests at the reception will include a long list of royals and a smattering of show people. The honeymoon will be spent on the Royal Balmoral estate, where Camilla will be known to the Scots as the Duchess of Rothesay.

Real estate notes from all over: Sharon Stone has finally found a buyer for Sea Cliff, the house in San Francisco where she lived with her now-ex-husband, Phil Bronstein. The house has been on the market for $15 million since the couple broke up two years ago and Sharon moved to Hollywood. Now she is concentrating on getting into tip-top shape to reprise her role as crime novelist Catherine Tramell in “Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction,” costarring Bill Murray. The rumor is that Sharon will keep her old-school tie on in the sequel and one hears Murray has promised to keep his legs crossed.

Jennifer Lopez is selling her Miami Beach house, for which she is hoping to get $11 million. The place has eight bedrooms, 11 fireplaces, a pool and a dock. Lopez already is planning to move into a $10 million penthouse nearby with her husband, Marc Anthony.

As for Britney Spears, she’s still having trouble unloading the 4,400-square-foot, three bedroom, four-level loft with 13-foot ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, a solarium and a rooftop terrace in Manhattan’s East Village, where she lived before she married Kevin Federline last year. She just dropped the price by almost a million dollars from the $6 million figure she was asking for the house last July.

It is said that Catherine Zeta-Jones wants to costar in the movie version of “Dallas,” the Eighties TV hit. She would take on the role of Pamela Barnes Ewing, the wife of J.R. Ewing’s brother, Bobby, which was originally played by Victoria Principal. The flick, which would bring the Ewing family into the 21st century, is scheduled to come out in 2006. Brad Pitt also is being courted to take on one of the parts. What about Jennifer Aniston? She could play Linda Gray’s old role as Sue Ellen. And maybe they could find a little something for Angelina Jolie. Nothing like keeping an old chestnut hot. I mean “Dallas,” of course, not Angelina Jolie.

Albert Hadley is the honorary chairman of the very first “President’s Preview” of the Kips Bay Decorator Show House on April 12. Joanne de Guardiola, Charlotte Moss and Adrienne Vittadini are the co-chairs of the evening and the hostesses of the benefit dinner afterward at the Union Club. Designer David Monn will use fabrics from the new Brooks Brothers Home Collection on the dining room tables. The night will honor the designers who are creating the show house’s trend-setting rooms, including Ann Getty, who has been scouring the D&D Building to find furniture and fabrics for the dramatic library she’s designing. Ann is, of course, the wife of San Francisco billionaire Gordon Getty and their own home in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights is one of the most glorious houses in the country.
