SOUNDBITE: A pocket synthesizer created as a collaboration between Cheap Monday and Teenage Engineering sold out within 10 minutes of going on sale Thursday at Parisian concept store Colette, according to a Cheap Monday spokeswoman.

The Hennes & Mauritz AB-owned hip denim label teamed up with Swedish tech startup Teenage Engineering to produce the synth and MP3 player, the brand’s first collaboration outside the ready-to-wear space, as well as a line of associated accessories like cases, T-shirts and pin badges.

Colette will be restocked with the product soon, before it rolls out on Cheap Monday’s e-commerce site and in some of its select stores at the beginning of February.

The synth is priced at 59 euros, or $68.29 at current exchange.
