The ongoing dispute between Los Angeles denim manufacturer Indigo Group USA and Ralph Lauren Corp. is inching closer to a resolution with a hearing set for Friday in California’s Central District Court.
A jury ruled on Oct. 30 that Indigo was the co-owner of certain patterns used by the company to make its RL jeans. What remains to be determined is exactly which patterns were used and when. The court is set to appoint a special master in charge of the accounting process.
