DALLAS — Retailers shopped FashionCenterDallas with an eye on looks that would appeal to shoppers enduring tough economic times, whether it was summer immediates, fall fill-ins or holiday party styles.
Embellishment and rich jewel tones and tropical brights often played a determining factor in whether stores made orders.
