NEW YORK — Downtown’s other major retail project, Brookfield Place, is taking shape.
Diane von Furstenberg is the latest designer to sign a lease, taking a 2,000-square-foot store at the urban mall in lower Manhattan. “Diane von Furstenberg is a New York brand,” said Ed Hogan, national director of retail leasing for Brookfield. “It speaks to the people living and working downtown.”
