Milan – Prestige watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre is branching out with fine jewelry that reflects the superb workmanship and precision that characterize its watches.

The new four-piece suit called Parure Extraordinaire Le Lierre includes a cuff watch, a necklace, earrings and a ring and is the extension of a line of watches called Le Rose and Le Tulip.

The first jewelry produced in Jaeger-LeCoultre’s 175-year history was unveiled Sunday night during a dinner at the Venice film Festival attended by Diane Kruger, the house’s muse, who donned the one-of-a-kind suit.

The nature-inspired pieces are the expression of the finest craftsmanship and reproduce intertwined ivy in shades of green and pale yellow via a record number of 12,000 precious stones and two exceptional yellow diamonds.

Priced at 3 million euros or $4.3 million at current exchange, it was in the making for two years.
