The British designer, who was appointed creative director of the brand’s men’s collection in November 2015, succeeds Arthur Arbesser.
Arbesser joined the label in June 2015.
With his first men’s efforts for the label, Long established a contemporary, playful aesthetic that resulted in young and fun lineups heavy on sportswear and casualwear staples. The designer is expected to offer a women’s line that is more consistent with the image of Iceberg’s men’s collection.
Long also designs his namesake men’s brand, which he shows in London.
