PARIS — Chanel has added another stem to its bouquet of specialty ateliers.


On Monday, Maison Lesage, controlled by Chanel, said it had acquired the Lanel embroidery atelier, founded in 1949 and serving couture houses including Chanel, Dior and Valentino.
