MILAN — Marni has plans to expand its foothold in men’s wear and has inked a partnership with Tomorrow London Ltd., which will distribute the Italian brand’s men’s collections globally, starting with the fall 2014 season.
“We strongly believe in the potential of our men’s wear line, and Tomorrow will help us expand in an international market, similar to our women’s division,” Marni chief executive officer Gianni Castiglioni told WWD, noting that the brand’s men’s line is already “strong” in Asia. “We are counting on Tomorrow to penetrate department stores around the world and expand in Europe and the U.S., for example.”
