How’s this for stopping traffic? The perpetually bustling main concourse of Grand Central Terminal froze for 10 minutes on Sunday night of New York Fashion Week, as music blasted and hundreds of commuters stood riveted.
The scene: 140 dancers boogying wildly and dressed in Moncler Grenoble’s sleek skiwear in maroons, grays and gold. This was one fashion spectacle when the clothes—as terrific as they were—didn’t even matter.
Parent Moncler Group, with 2010 sales of 426 million euros, or $562.3 million, is also chugging ahead with plans for an initial public offering, possibly in June.
