PARIS — Retail-to-luxury group PPR has opened a sales academy in a bid to help unqualified young and senior job seekers find employment in the retail channel.

PPR chairman and chief executive officer François-Henri Pinault inaugurated the school, which will provide classroom training and work placements for 40 people, including 10 seniors, the company said.
