Couture isn't the only fashion news taking place in Paris this week — some houses are still showing their pre-fall collections. Karl Lagerfeld, for one, is putting his unmistakable stamp on a lineup with looks that range from crisp white cotton shirts with high-turned collars to a straight black dress with a rounded panel at the back. Stella McCartney, meanwhile, plays with classic tailoring, showing lots of silk jersey and tossing knits over pleated chiffon dresses. And at Azzaro, Vanessa Seward turns up the steam with ubershort dresses and sexy, body-hugging gowns.

"I think that all anyone really wants in life is to have people understand us for who we actually are, despite everything," says Ruth Negga. The actress talks "Preachers" season 2 and more on WWD.com. #wwdeye (📷: Dan Doperalski)
