MILAN - Versace SpA has inked a licensing agreement with Gruppo Facchini for the the young line VJC Versace starting with the spring/summer 2010 season.

Gruppo Facchini will manufacture and distribute brand’s apparel and accessories collections for men and women.

VJC Versace was previously produced by Ittierre SpA, which holds licenses with John Galliano, Just Cavalli and C’N’C’ Costume National.

Gruppo Facchini, formerly called Swinger International, owns the Byblos brand and already produces Versus. Versus was launched in 1989, but was put on hold while the company focused on its signature line.

As reported, Versus is making a comeback and the first collection produced by Facchini will be unveiled during Milan Fashion Week later this month.
