Altaf Maaneshia’s fall collection seemed to combine a Forties starlet look with a futuristic moto girl. The clothes included biker jackets, leather pants and sleek pencil skirts, many spliced with zipper details and at times softened by the addition of ruffles and peplums. Shown in a palette of black, gray, cream, navy and green, the wide array of materials — faux fur, leather, tweed, organza and felted wool — felt controlled rather than overwhelming.
