DALLAS--Todd Oldham has licensed Fossil Inc. here to produce a fashion watch collection bearing his name.
The line will hit stores in November for holiday selling, with Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom as initial launches, according to Fossil. The watches will bear neither Oldham's name nor the Fossil name on the dials, though both will be on the case. The face will simply bear Oldham's crown logo.
The debut collection will have five styles, including what Fossil calls a "neckclock," a small watch on a necklace that can be worn around the neck or used as a desk clock. Wholesale prices range from $62.50 to $80.
A Neiman spokeswoman confirmed it will carry the watches. Comment was not available from Nordstrom. Oldham officials didn't return phone calls.
