It looks like the Upper East Side has a hot new lunch spot--strong enough, even, to draw some of the Ladies away from 75th and Lex. Since The Kiosk opened on the first of the month, Ralph Fiennes, Annie Leibovitz and Susan Sontag, Sonny Mehta, Joan Didion and John Gregory Dunne and Jay McInerney have all been in. "I recognize them by their measurements."
Jonathan Newhouse, chairman of Conde Nast International, tied the knot with Barneys' former creative director Ronnie Cook in London on Saturday. The marriage was the second for both. After getting married in the Richmond registry office, they held a small celebratory luncheon in the River Cafe for a few friends.
