NEW YORK--Fashion jewelry wholesaler Erwin Pearl is getting into retailing. The company will open its first store at 699 Madison Ave., located between East 62nd and 63rd Streets here. The 800-square-foot store is slated to open in March. Erwin Pearl, owner of the firm, which has its wholesale operation here, said his main reason for opening the store is to increase exposure for his firm's name and products. "We also think that having our own store will ultimately help department stores that carry our jewelry," Pearl said. "We will be able to show our full merchandise range, and once people see everything we do, I believe it will help increase demand for our products at other retail venues."
"I think that all anyone really wants in life is to have people understand us for who we actually are, despite everything," says Ruth Negga. The actress talks "Preachers" season 2 and more on WWD.com. #wwdeye (📷: Dan Doperalski)
"That's something that resonates with me too because I'm so locked into a number. If I go over that number it completely ruins my day so it's nice to get detached from the number on the scale." - Chelsea Handler on Kelly LeVeque's book "Body Love." #wwdeye (📷: John Salangsang)
