NEW YORK--Polo Ralph Lauren has named Charles Fagan to the new post of vice president of Polo's New York stores. He had been managing director and keeps that title. He reports to Donna Barbieri, president of Polo Ralph Lauren retail group. His responsibilities will include the Madison Avenue flagship and the Sport store in Manhattan, and theCountry store in East Hampton. He'll also assist Polo Retailwith merchandising and fashion direction for its 30 freestanding stores in the U.S. Fagan has been with Polo since 1986.
