Michael Burke is currently president of Louis Vuitton's U.S. operation, a division of luxury conglomerate LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Prior to joining Vuitton, Burke headed up Christian Dior Inc. in the U.S., another LVMH division. A story on Christian Dior in Tuesday's WWD, page 6, indicated that Victor Lipko succeeded Burke at Dior's U.S. division. But the story failed to point out that Burke had moved over to another top LVMH post at Vuitton.
