EXECUTIVE CHANGES

New York--Bryan Stuke has been named sales director of cosmetics and fragrance products in the U.S. for Procter & Gamble, effective Sept. 1. He will report to Beth Kaplan, vice president of cosmetics and fragrance products.
Stuke previously was with P&G, Canada, as sales manager of health care, beauty care and food and beverages.
At Revlon Inc., Linda Harris has been named senior vice president of creative and new business development. Harris will report to Kathy Dwyer, executive vice president of cosmetics and fragrance marketing.
Harris previously was with the L'Oreal cosmetics and fragrance division of Cosmair Inc. as vice president of image and product development.
Lawrence P. Flanagan has joined the L'Oreal division as assistant vice president of skin care marketing.
Prior to L'Oréal, Flanagan was marketing director for Cover Girl. Also at L'Oréal, Pamela Gill Alabaster has been promoted to assistant vice president of marketing for color cosmetics.
Alabaster previously was marketing director for the Plenitude skin care line. Both Flanagan and Alabaster will report to John Wendt, senior vice president and general manager of the division.
