NEW YORK--David Rubenstein has been named vice president of sales at Tse Cashmere. He had been vice president of sales and merchandising at Isaac Mizrahi, which he joined in 1989 as director of sales. His successor there has not been named, according to a Mizrahi spokesman. Rubenstein, who will oversee sales of the Tse women's collection, reports to Lisa Cervantes, Tse's president. He assumes the responsibilities of Theresa Hiner, who was Tse's national sales manager for the women's collection for five years. Hiner will remain as national sales manager of the children's and home divisions, two areas Tse is aggressively developing.
