The Sleighbell Luncheon to benefit the Atlanta Symphony welcomed the holidays with Christmas centerpieces, butternut squash soup and a show of party-perfect clothes presented by Rich's.
While most of the clothes parading down the runway were red and black, green made a surprise appearance -- in velvet and sequins -- and drew lots of applause from the assembled.
The proceeds of the event -- more than $20,000 -- went to the Atlanta Symphony, who unfortunately weren't around to fill in when the recorded music stopped halfway through the fashion show. Guests took it in stride, however, using the ten minutes it took to bring back the music to talk about what to buy.
As usual, the little black dresses were favored. "If I bring home another black dress, I think my husband will flip," one guest said.

"I was driving back on Saturday afternoon from the beach, and I just saw this sign saying 'Skydiving for $95.' And I was like, I can't not sky dive for $95," says Tom Bateman about a moment in Hawaii while shooting "Snatched." #wwdeye (📷: @vsteves; Interview by @ktauer; Styled by @thealexbadia)
