From Lubbock to Plano, from Austin to Sugar Land, and from one part of Dallas to another, a handful of Texas retailers are expanding their apparel empires. They’re opening additional units, entering untapped markets and carving out niches. Given the sluggish economy, these five merchants are behaving boldly.
