LOS ANGELES — Richard Tyler hit a high note with his fall show, which featured a little something for everyone. There were touches of that most au courant of decades, the Sixties, particularly in his Tyler collection. There were military references, too, and more prints than usual, often with a haberdashery bent. Here, his Chelsea-girl pantsuit in double-breasted black satin.
