NEW YORK — In one of the dramatic high points of the week, Donna Karan delivered a glamorous, faintly decadent collection for fall that, nonetheless, still held true to the designer’s main mission: making real clothes for real women. Working a moody palette in flirtatious shapes, she showed beautiful dresses and coats in furs, jerseys and tweeds reminiscent of the power divas of the Forties.
