No longer just basic necessity, men’s underwear is quickly becoming a fashion accessory. From cerulean blue to neon yellow, bright bursts of bold color add pop to spring’s assortments. “Underwear is now an accessory of sorts, so it’s going to be packed with a punch,” says Jason Scarlatti, creative director of 2(x)ist, which also produces underwear for DKNY. “In our new collections for spring ’09 you will see color introduced like never before.”
