NEW YORK — Retail Brand Alliance, continuing to reorganize the executive ranks after its acquisition spree, named Michael Glassmoyer vice president of creative services for the Brooks Bros. and Adrienne Vittadini divisions, and Scott Miller vice president of strategic marketing for all RBA divisions, a new position.

Glassmoyer takes over some of the responsibilities formerly held by Mark Friedman, the chief marketing officer of Brooks Bros. who left the firm earlier this year.
“Database marketing is so interrelated for all the companies, that it made sense to combine [strategic marketing] into one position,” said Mark Shulman, chief operating officer at RBA.
As reported, Brian Burdine, vice president and creative director at Brooks Bros., leaves the firm today. His position will not be directly filled, Shulman said.
In addition to database marketing, Miller will also oversee the private label credit card and e-commerce units for RBA. Miller was head of strategic marketing at Casual Corner. Glassmoyer, who starts next week, will oversee much of the creative work, including advertising and catalogs, according to Shulman.
As reported, the marketing and creative divisions of the company are in the process of moving to Brooks Bros. offices at 346 Madison Avenue.
Over the past year and a half, RBA has purchased Brooks Bros., Vittadini and Carolee. It also owns Casual Corner, August Max and Petite Sophisticates.
