NEW YORK — It was an evening of hip-hop music and fashion convergence.

Contemporary designer Charlotte Ronson celebrated the launch of her fall ad campaign last week at the Canal Room here. A full house of guests included Damon Dash, May Anderson, Cynthia Rowley, Duncan Sheik and Alice Roi. Sponsored by Nylon magazine, Voss, Armadale Vodka, Rheingold and Rush energy drink, Roc-A-Fella recording artist (and Charlotte’s twin sister) Samantha Ronson & The Boys performed, all decked out in C. Ronson wear.

By the close of the evening, everyone left with a gift bag that included C. Ronson T-shirts, Hello Kitty stickers and Rocawear shorts.
