NEW YORK — Color returns in full force for spring 2004. Textile designers exhibiting at this month’s Première Vision — which runs Feb. 12-15 at Paris’ Parc d’Expositions Nord Villepinte — are promising a bright season in a festive, fun palette. While many hues are clear and bright, some even neon-like, others are softer and more pastel, though richly saturated in tone. Get ready for an eye-popping season.
