NEW YORK — Casual Male Retail Group won a $1.5 million jury award in its lawsuit against Robert Yarbrough and Westport Big & Tall.
According to a statement from Casual Male, the jury found that Yarbrough violated his non-compete obligation and misappropriated its trade secrets. Additionally, the jury said that Westport had interfered with contractual relations. Of the financial award, $1.1 million is to come from Westport and $400,000 from Yarbrough.
