PARIS — There’s more than one way to create a fabulous couture collection. Jean Paul Gaultier, for example, did it for fall with a splendid combination of masculine and feminine, low-key and extravagant elements. Among the great looks were his coats and jackets, which included a crocodile tailcoat, man-tailored polo coats and elaborate evening numbers.
