Two Morgan Stanley e-mails, listed among 41 pieces of evidence in the $100 million bias suit launched by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, were research notes distributed to Morgan Stanley clients about the French luxury firm’s first-half sales and earnings. They were not internal e-mails. These points were incorrect in a story on page 1, Jan. 22.
