What is a collection season without Kanye West? The rapper has been a ubiquitous presence at shows in New York, London and Paris for the past three rounds, and it appears he’s not letting up. This February, West made it to no fewer than 19 shows across continents, most always accompanied by his platinum-blonde-buzz-cut girlfriend, Amber Rose (who told a reporter that the tight red pants she wore to the Narciso Rodriguez party were from Kmart).
Some editors are tiring of his late arrivals and the paparazzi frenzy they provoke, but others remain entertained. Jared Leto, West’s seatmate at the Calvin Klein men’s show, said he wasn’t there to look at the clothes: “I’m here to see Kanye.”
