Offering special-edition pieces is fast becoming a trend in the denim business. Evisu doesn’t intend to be left out.
The company will offer a special collection of jeans designed by Italian denim maker Luigi Martelli. The 100 embroidered and signed jeans will be available to such stores as Atrium and Barneys New York for fall retailing. Because of the limited number of jeans made, they wholesale at $320 each, carry a suggested retail price of $700 and come folded in a box, also created by the designer.
Hermès is launching a Laundromat pop-up shop in NYC - dubbed Hermèsmatic - where customers can bring their old scarves to be dip-dyed by an expert. Get all the details on WWD.com. #wwdnews (📷: @donstahl)
