NEW YORK — At the fourth Turkish Fashion Fabric Exhibition July 15-16, mills are coming back to earth. Exhibitors at the biannual event, hosted by the Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters’ Association, will be showing fall 2004 collections full of deep, earthy tones, from rich reds to softer neutrals. Trends include floral prints and a few abstracts, but the biggest by far is stripes of every sort —fat, pinstriped, multicolored, monotoned.
