AND THE GOOD SAMARITAN AWARD GOES TO…: Roland Mouret will dress Scarlett Johansson for Sunday’s Golden Globes, where she’s up for best actress for her role in “A Love Song for Bobby Long.” But there’s more than a strip of silk to this fashion story — Johansson had never met Mouret until last summer when, trying to dodge London’s paparazzi, she ducked into his Chelsea studio. The designer harbored the young actress, in town filming Woody Allen’s next movie, until the sidewalks were camera-free. Mouret’s phone will no doubt start ringing itself silly now, especially since Nicole Kidman slipped into one of his lovely chiffon frocks for the Palm Springs International Film Festival earlier this week.
