ROYAL TREATMENT: As the world focuses its attention on the Middle East, one of its royalty is coming here. Barneys New York is rolling out the red carpet for Queen Noor of Jordan. While a window of its Madison Avenue store is devoted to Her Majesty and features an enormous crown fashioned out of book covers, the Queen herself will also be making an appearance at the store.
