The outspoken Body Shop founder Anita Roddick is taking her ethics into fashion. After stepping down as a co-chairman of her cosmetics empire last year, Roddick is now in the early development stages of a women’s apparel collection. Human rights — not surprisingly — will be reflected in radical slogans on her sweatshop-free garments. But will they use the same unusual ingredients as her former beauty products — like hemp?
