DANCING BLUES: Everyone knows ballerinas live in blue jeans off stage, but now American Ballet Theatre’s finest will be wearing them on stage as well — CK jeans to be exact — in “Within You Without You: A Tribute to George Harrison.” The ballet, featuring songs the late Beatle wrote and choreographed by Ann Reinking, David Parsons, Natalie Weir and Stanton Welch, will be performed for the first time at the Metropolitan Opera House on May 5 at ABT’s opening night gala. Calvin Klein Inc. is not only providing the dancers with their denim, but is underwriting the ballet’s production expenses as well. The production runs through May 8.
