OUT OF THE PINK: François Steiner is leaving shirtmaker Thomas Pink to take over as president at Kenzo fashion house, according to sources in Paris. LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, which owns Pink and Kenzo, is expected to announce the appointment this week. Steiner would replace Vincent Huguenin, who joined Kenzo a little more than a year ago from Petit Bateau, the children’s wear and T-shirt firm. Next season, Kenzo welcomes Antonio Marras as its new women’s wear designer.

BORN AGAIN: It seems achieving inner peace about your inherited billions takes time…and sequels. Jamie Johnson, the fourth-generation Johnson & Johnson heir who directed last month’s HBO documentary “Born Rich” about the travails of young scions, is already planning a follow-up. His uncle and producer, writer Dirk Wittenborn (“I married into the family,” he said) moderated a panel at Brooklyn’s Pratt Institute Monday night discussing the knotty issue of “What is Hip?” with Vice magazine co-founder Gavin McInnes and Russell Simmons’ brother Danny, among others. At dinner afterward, Wittenborn hinted that, for their next trick, he and Johnson will stage and film an offshore retreat for the young, super-rich at which participants could indulge in group therapy.
