PARIS — Christian Lacroix has been on a couture roll recently, creating striking collections that temper his trademark fairy-tale fantasy with an unexpected degree of restraint. And he continued his winning ways for fall. There were beautiful, eccentric looks aplenty, of course, but there were also more accessible choices, among them great coats.
