Paris — John Galliano has dallied with swimwear, but now he's poised to make a real splash with his first women's beachwear line for his own label.
The collection is being produced under license with Italian manufacturer Albisetti, which also makes beachwear for the likes of Chloé and Roberto Cavalli. The Albisetti pact includes Galliano's nascent men's underwear line, as well as a men's beachwear line that will be unveiled soon.
