Katherine Glynn has joined the company as vice president of sales for Donna Karan New York women’s wear, men’s wear, shoes and accessories. Previously, she was vice president of sales for Giorgio Armani.
In the past, Donna Karan divvied up Glynn’s new responsibilities among three executives, a spokeswoman said.
Vyto Palionis has also joined the company as vice president of DKNY men’s wear sales and merchandising, as well as for Donna Karan New York men’s wear merchandising. He was vice president and general merchandise manager of retail for Hugo Boss Fashions.
Glynn and Palionis are based here and report to Giuseppe Brusone, chief executive officer. Once the company names a brand president, they will report to that person, the spokeswoman said. The search it still on, she added.
