NEW YORK -- David M. Golden has joined The Donna Karan Co. as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer.
He will report to Stephen Ruzow, president and chief operating officer, and will be responsible for all financial, treasury and administrative activities and certain operational functions.
Golden succeeds Roger Williams, who, as reported, left the company in February to join Guess as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Most recently, Golden was executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer and treasurer at Hugo Boss USA for three years. Prior to that, he held similar posts at Apparel America and Bidermann Industries.
