Lips were center stage at Jaeger London.

Makeup artist Hannah Murray, working with MAC Cosmetics, created a defined mouth using a blend of MAC lip pencils in Mahogany and Plum for a pout that popped. “It’s kind of Gothic, but there’s a definite chicness about it,” said Murray. “We’re making [the models] look polished and chic, but in a youthful, cool way.”

Skin was prepped with MAC Studio Moisture Fix and gloss was used on eyelids, cheekbones and on cupid’s bows giving skin a healthy glow.

Hairstylist Sam McKnight, who was working with Pantene, tapped the Seventies for inspiration for coifs. “I was inspired by the Seventies, but carried out in a modern way,” he said. “Hair is very long, very cared for, natural and expensive. It’s rich-girl hair.” McKnight added extensions where necessary and used irons to achieve a poker-straight look.

The center-parted style was polished off with Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine hair spray and Pro-V Ice Shine Serum at the ends.
