BREAKING THE BANK: Tammy Boyd, president of C.J. Banks, the large-size division of Christopher & Banks Corp., has left the firm. Severance costs are expected to reduce second-quarter earnings by 1 cent a share, the firm said. Jules Rouse, formerly a merchandise manager of the Christopher & Banks division, has been named vice president and general merchandise manager for C.J. Banks, a new post. Ralph Neal, executive vice president, will add responsibility for C.J. Banks store operations to his existing duties of that function at the flagship.
