A SUPERBA IDEA: Phillips-Van Heusen Corp. has expanded its corporate headquarters to 200,000 square feet at 200 Madison Avenue in Manhattan to accommodate recently acquired tie maker Superba. The company will occupy 10 full floors at the New York location and 225,000 square feet in Bridgewater, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Phillips-Van Heusen in the deal, and George Comfort & Sons represented the landlord, 200 Madison Associates.
