Seven rare colored diamonds will be featured in the show, which is to be held in the museum’s Harry Winston Gallery, the permanent home of the Hope Diamond. Among the diamonds on display will be the 203-carat De Beers Millennium Star; Ocean Dream, considered the world’s largest natural blue-green diamond; Steinmetz Pink, a 59.6-carat pink stone, and Moussaieff Red, the largest known red diamond in the world. Sponsored by the Steinmetz Group of Geneva and the Gemological Institute of America, the exhibit will run through Sept. 15.
