DIOR HIRE: Christian Dior Americas has named Kristine Westerby vice president of marketing and communications. Westerby worked at Max Mara for the past four years, most recently as vice president of communications. Prior to that, she held posts at Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and Calvin Klein. At Dior, she succeeds Karen Duffy, who left the company last month to pursue other interests. Westerby reports to Pat Malone, Christian Dior's U.S. president and chief operating officer.
