MOVING UP AT MARCHON: Marchon Eyewear Inc. has promoted Robert Schienberg to senior vice president of global communications. Schienberg joined the eyewear distributor in 1998 as vice president of public relations, overseeing advertising and creative solutions for licensees such as Calvin Klein, Coach, Fendi, Michael Kors and Nautica. “Robert has been a key factor in the visibility of Marchon’s portfolio of brands,” Al Berg, Marchon’s president and chief executive officer, said in a statement. Schienberg will continue to report to Berg.
